Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-returnable items:

  • Assembled/processed products (e.g., turned pen blanks, assembled pen kits).

  • Customized items (e.g., engraved or special color requests).

Wait for confirmation: We’ll reply within 24 hours with an RMA & return address.
Ship back: Use a trackable method (customer covers return shipping unless it’s a quality issue).
Refund: Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Option 2: Online Return Request
① Log in to your account, select the order, and click "Return."
② Submit reason + upload photos (if applicable).
③ We’ll approve within 24 hours and provide return instructions.
④ Ship back and enter the tracking number in your account.
⑤ Refund processed in 3 business days.


Exchanges & Warranty

  • Quality issues: Free replacement (photo/video proof required).

  • Missing/damaged parts: Contact us for reshipment within 48 hours.

  • Warranty: All parts covered for 1 year (non-human damage).
