About Tax
1. Are the products on your website already tax-inclusive?
Answer: Yes, all product prices displayed on the website already include taxes.
2. Are there any other hidden or unknown fees before I receive my package?
Answer: You will only pay for the product and shipping fees on our website. We cover all potential taxes, so you don’t need to worry about any additional charges. We have our own tax ID and regularly declare taxes. However, in rare cases, customs in some countries may impose additional taxes or require supplementary payments. If this happens, please don’t worry or argue with the delivery personnel. Simply pay the extra fees, take a photo of the receipt, and send it to our customer service. We will refund any additional charges you incur.
3.Why do your product prices include taxes and collect them in advance?
Answer: Based on years of customer feedback, we’ve found that customers dislike having to pay unexpected high fees to local customs after completing an order. Some even abandon their shipments to avoid steep tariffs, which leads to a poor shopping experience. Therefore, customers prefer paying all fees upfront during checkout to avoid additional customs charges later.
4.Do you directly add tariffs to the product prices?
Answer: We do not simply add taxes to the prices. More accurately, as a gesture of appreciation for our new and returning customers, we are willing to cover the taxes incurred. You can consider this a benefit aimed at providing a better shopping experience.
5.Can we pay the tariffs ourselves?
Answer: Yes, you can pay the tariffs yourself, but we do not recommend it because the fees charged by customs upon delivery may be much higher than expected. We are not charging you extra for tariffs—we simply cover them to enhance your shopping experience. We also promise to refund any unexpected additional customs fees you may incur.
6. What are the standard import duty rates for different countries?
Answer: If local customs charges according to standard rates, for the EU region and some non-EU countries, we have the following table for reference. For other countries not listed, please check the official local tax website for details
