From the 1960s to the 1970s, the factory realized major technological transformation projects such as 7-pass continuous punching of pen nib blanks and group control of injection molding. Successfully innovated stainless steel laser welding seam machine and multi-function punching technology. It also introduced a number of advanced equipment from Japan, Switzerland, Germany, the United States and other countries to play an important role in improving product quality and developing new products.

The Yongsheng brand, Xingfu brand gold pens, iridium gold pens and various writing instruments produced by this factory have a high reputation among users at home and abroad. The Yongsheng 612 high-grade iridium pen won the National Silver Award and the National Light Industry Excellent Export Product Gold Award. It was approved as a national first-level enterprise in 1990.

Shanghai Yongsheng Pen Co., Ltd. was a public stock company restructured and established by Shanghai Yongsheng Golden Pen Factory in 1992.

Shanghai Yongsheng Gold Pen Factory was founded in 37 of the Republic of China. The "Yongsheng" brand fountain pen produced is a famous brand product in Shanghai. It can be said that it has a long history and is famous all over the world.

Shanghai Yongsheng Pen Co., Ltd. was listed in 1992 with the code 600613. With less than 10 million A shares in circulation, there is potential for expansion. In particular, it has been running at the bottom for more than ten years. A few years ago, the test board rushed to 35 yuan, and it was adjusted back to around 5-8 yuan. So far, the bottom of the immortal upburst is not far away.

Yongsheng was promoted to a national first-level enterprise in 1990, and began its shareholding reorganization in 1992. The original company’s state-owned assets were converted into 4.404 million state-owned shares with a par value of RMB 10, 700,000 corporate shares, 500,000 individual shares, and 250 special shares were issued. Wangu, the famous Shanghai Yongsheng Pen Factory is already a historical term.

Although it was an early state-owned enterprise listed on the Shanghai stock market, it had poor management and huge losses. Today, Yongsheng’s pen-making business and brand no longer exist. After many changes and reorganizations, today’s listed surviving company is called Shanghai Yongsheng Data Technology Co., Ltd., but this company's business has nothing to do with stationery manufacturing, but is mainly focused on sales. From the difference between the company's name and actual business, it is not difficult to imagine the complicated process. .

From many perspectives, the decline of immortality is just a microcosm of China's pen manufacturing industry...In the Mainland, most people's pen-using habits have undergone major changes, even if China is the world's factory for pen production. Huge, but the pen factory with its own brand has become increasingly difficult to survive without establishing a viable marketing model and positioning. Source: Bi Pavilion published by sasadga
