How to get points?
On the Strongink website, there are many ways to earn points, such as registering as a new member, completing orders, reviewing orders, uploading member works, liking other members' works, or being liked by other members.
Become a Member: New members will automatically receive a bonus of 200 points upon registration.
Complete an Order: You will earn points equivalent to the order amount for each completed order. For every 1 USD spent, you earn 1 point. For example, an order with a product value of 100 USD will earn 100 points. Points are only awarded when the order status is 'received '.
Order amount excludes shipping fees, taxes, and any other non-product charges.
Review an Order:After receiving the goods, customers can submit a review for the purchased products. Each review that includes images will receive a bonus of 100 points.
Upload Member Works:Strongink provides members with an opportunity to showcase their work. Members can click "Upload Work" for received orders in their user center to upload their creations. Approved works will earn a reward of 200 points.
Like Others' Works: Members can click "Like" on works uploaded by other members. Each like given will earn the member who clicked like 5 points.
Get Likes on Your Work: Members will earn 10 points for each like received on their uploaded works.
How to use points?
During checkout, a points redemption field will appear on the payment page. You can enter the number of points you wish to use to deduct from the product amount.
You can also exchange points for supplies in the Points Redemption section.
Can I withdraw my points?
No, points can only be used to deduct the product amount or exchange for goods on the Strongink.com.cn website.
How many points can I use at once?
If you have sufficient points, you can deduct up to 10% of the product amount per order. For example, for an order with a product value of 100 USD, you can use a maximum of 1000 points to deduct 10 USD.
