Can I reserve an item that is out of stock?

Most items are available for pre order. This is where you order and pay in advance to reserve an item when the stock arrives.

 

A product is out of stock, when will it be due back into stock?

A due-in date is provided for all products which are out of stock. This is the date we expect delivery of the item into our warehouse. Please note: This is always an estimated date and is subject to change.

 

Do you send a confirmation email?

We send a confirmation email once we have received the order. We then send a second email upon dispatch of your order. You must give a valid email at the time of ordering to receive these notifications.
