Adjustable Reamer with Wrench for pen Tubes

Adjusable Pen Reamer 

This is a very usfull tool for pen making.

Every pen turner may get  this trouble before  that the pen barrel cracks when you press the parts into the end of the pen tubes.

Why it cracks ?

there are main 3 factors as below

1.The inner surface of tubes still have some residue of glue or other foreign matter.

2. The pars and the pen barrels are not coaxial when pressing.

3.metal pen parts plating too thick caused by process error

The second factor can be solved by practice and experience. but the first and the third one will need a tool to scrape the inner surface to make tubes clean or enlarge the inner diameter to prevent crack of carefully turned pen barrels.

Must I need this tool ?

I think this  is a must when you are completing pens turned with stone balnks, ceramic blanks, wood blanks or other materials  that cracks easily. sometimes you may need to avoid cracking risk when you are pressing pen parts into expensive pen barrels ( which may have took you much time and effort).

This tool is a adjustable 6 blades reamer，the range diameter of the tools are 6.0-6.5mm，7.0-7.75mm and 8.5-9.25mm  more larger reamers will be in stock soon.

6.0-6.5mm Reamer suitable for 7mm tubes and other tubes inner diameter between 6.0-6.5mm

7.0-7.75mm reamer suitable for 8mm tubes and other tubes inner diameter between 7.0-7.75mm

8.5-9.25mm reamer suitable for 3/8" tubes and other tubes inner diameter between 8.5-9.25mm
