How Much Customs and Import Taxes Should I Pay to Our Local Customs?
Everyone buys something from foreign countries will concern about this problem.
Here we make this clear with below description.
European countries
We will collect VAT 20% for orders from most of European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain)
United Kingdom
We will collect VAT 20% for orders form UK customers, so you will not need to pay tax to your local customs.
Besides above countries, we will collect tax from below countries. If you are familiar with the handling of customs goods and the payment of tax, you can choose to handle tax yourself (Strongink set options for customers to choose)
The United States
Based on applicable US State enacted marketplace facilitator tax laws, Strongink automatically calculates, collects sales tax from customers from US, it is around 7%

If you select to handle the tax yourself, you need to handle the customs clearance and pay tax to local customs if required.
Canada
Strongink is required to collect and remit RST/PST for imports into Saskatchewan/Manitoba.
Orders shipped to customers in Saskatchewan are subject to PST. Strongink collects a 6% PST on orders.
Orders shipped to customers in Manitoba are subject to RST.Strongink collects a 7% RST on orders.

If you select to handle the tax yourself, you need to handle the customs clearance and pay tax to Canada customs if required. If you are not a customer from above provinces(Saskatchewan / Manitoba).please select” handle tax by myself”, According to Canadian government policy, you are currently exempt from tax.
Australia
Orders shipped to customers in Australia are subject to Goods & Sales Tax (GST). Strongink will collect a 10% GST on orders,Strongink automatically includes the tax in the customer’s total at the last stage of the checkout process.

New Zealand
Orders shipped to customers in New Zealand are subject to Goods & Sales Tax (GST). Strongink collects a 15% GST on orders. Strongink automatically includes the tax in the customer's total. The custermer pays the tax at checkout, and Strongink remits it to the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department.

Norway
Strongink collects a VAT of 25% on orders shipped to customers in Norway,Strongink automatically includes the tax in the customer’s total. Customer pays the tax at checkout, and Strongink remits it to the Norwegian Tax Authority.

We have paid the VAT here, what if our local customs charge me again?
You can pay them and it is no need to argue with the couriers, just send photo of the bill to us after you get your parcel, we will transfer you the cost,then we will contact them for money back.
*Any buyer who does not pay tax to us is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note all damaged or faulty items on receipt of the parcel need to be reported to our Customer Support Team via phone or email within 3 working days after your receipt,we will response in 24 hours. The new and correct items will be shipped to you immediately or they will be shipped with your next order.

Lost Package determination:
Standard Shipping method (SF Express, DHL, FedEx,UPS or TNT....)
Tracking system stopping update tracking information for more than 15 days can be considered as lost
Solution: refund or resend
Economic Shipping Method
Shipping tracking stopping updates for more than 50 days
Greece, Israel for more than 80 days can be considered as parcel lost
Solution: refund or resend
Shipping By Sea Method
Shipping tracking stopping updates for more than 60 days can be considered as lost

If the customer does not provide an correct address when place order , the customer will be responsible for the consequences if the package is sent to the wrong address
If during the delivery of the package, the courier is refused to enter the premises, the customer should bear the high tariffs and freight incurred in the return to China. If the package is not returned and is destroyed, the consequences shall be borne by the customer.
Damaged, missed, faulty items

Wrong color
If you received wrong color items we have solution as below
Solution Option 1: The customer returns the goods with the wrong color to the designated address. After receiving the goods, strongink confirms that the goods are correct and in good condition, then will reissues the correct color.
Solution Option 2. Customer keep the wrong color goods, Strongink refund 20% value of wrongng item as compensation.
Solution Option 3. Customer keep the wrong color goods, Strongnink send one 30% shipping coupon as compensation, which can save 30% shipping cost when you place your next order.
Damaged, Missing parts
If you received damaged items or order missing parts we have solution as below
Solution Option 1 Money 120% value of the damaged items will be refund as compensation.
Solution Option 2 Strongink resend the damaged or missing parts with expedited shipping
Solution Option 3. The correct replacement will be shipped together with your next order, and some extra pen tubes, pen refills, pen bushings will be as compensation.
