Due to a comprehensive website upgrade, our membership levels are manually adjusted and set. A small number of customers may experience errors with their membership levels, which could potentially be caused by a bug in the new system.
However, such issues are extremely rare. If you find that your level is incorrect, please refer to the membership discount table.

All members whose total order value before the website upgrade (before May 22, 2025) is greater than or equal to $100 but less than $300 can contact customer service to receive a free upgrade to the Artisan tier. Those with a total order value greater than $1 but less than $100 can contact customer service to receive a $15 discount coupon.
