1. Scope of Application

This agreement applies to all transactions on Strongink's global website (www.strongink.com.cn), including but not limited to:

• Pen Turning Kits

• Pen Blanks and accessories

• Digital products (design blueprints, tutorial videos)

2. Account Registration

1. Professional User Verification:

   • Lathe operators must confirm they are at least 18 years old (due to tool-related risks)

2. Account Security:

   • Account sharing is prohibited (especially for enterprise clients)

   • Suspicious orders will trigger secondary verification (e.g., cross-border IP detection)

3. Transaction Terms

1. Pricing Mechanism:

   • Cross-border prices include taxes (DDP terms marked where applicable*)

   • Prices for pen kits/blanks may fluctuate due to raw material costs

2. Intellectual Property:

   • Patent protection for kit designs (reverse engineering prohibited)

   • Copyright ownership terms for custom engraving patterns

3. Usage Restrictions:

   • Turning kits are for personal/educational use only (military/medical modifications prohibited)

4. Dispute Resolution

• Primary jurisdiction: China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)

• EU users may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
