I can't log into my account. What is the problem?

Please check you have spelt your email address and password correctly. If you are still having problems please contact us. Usually this is due to an error in either the password or email address at the time of registering with us.


I need a copy invoice. How do I get one?

Go to the homepage and login to your account. Once logged in click on My Order. Click on the order ID you need an invoice for. Beneath the information that displays there is a Print Invoice option. (Print Invoice option is pause service)
